Chelsea flower show with Beards & Daisies

Beards and Daisies commissioned us to paint a mural on the side of their plant stall at Chelsea Flower Show and to design a chalkboard to be put up inside. The brief for the mural was to fit their theme of ‘The Plant School’, while representing their brand and what they specialise in. The mural had a fun, childlike design with bold type stating ‘Planting the Future’. Small hand prints and doodles spread across the lower parts of the wall to look as though children had vandalised it, while the rest of the space was filled with house plants and daisies to represent the company and the products they sell. The chalkboard was designed to look like a Plant School lesson was taking place inside the stall, with processes such as photosynthesis and propagation shown through illustrated diagrams.
